Pairs of Chairs
The Adirondack chairs were multiplying like bunnies on Wilbert. Wilbert is one of the streets that heads north from Lake and ends at a cliff overlooking Lake Erie. In fact, Wilbert connects with Cliff Drive at the northern tip of the street. As I was walking closer and closer to the lake I started observing more and more pairs of Adirondack chairs in the front yards.
On one section of the west side of the street close to the lake, there were six houses in a row that had a pair of chairs in their front yard. Most of them were angled towards the horizon where the sun would rise. There are no houses built on the northern end of this street, so I would guess there are some amazing sunrises in the eastern sky over the cliff.
I also finally found the hidden Smurf village. I have been on the lookout for it throughout my adventures. It was located on top of a large stump that had been leveled off near the ground’s surface. Several of the mushrooms had toppled over, so I took a minute to stand as many of them back up as I could. Papa Smurf thanked me as I walked away. I just hope that Gargamel doesn’t read my blog!
