Ala-Median
What a cool median. I think I’ve driven down this street a few times over the years and knew there was a divider in the middle of the street, but I appreciated it more walking down the street this morning. It is adorned by evenly spaced trees and streetlamps. I would think it is more impressive in the summer with leaves on the trees.
Then reality hit me – I think if I lived here, I would be more annoyed by the median than in awe of it. I observed morning commuters forced to turn in the wrong direction to find a space in the median to U-turn and be on their way.
